Innovations in Predictive Drug Absorption: From Bench to Bioequivalence

This presentation will explore the landscape of in vitro models, offering insights into their role in forecasting gastrointestinal performance and drug absorption. It will cover the integration of these models into physiologically-based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) frameworks and their potential impact on drug delivery strategies. It will also highlight some digital models of the intestine to demonstrate where these may replace more traditional in vitro experimental models.
